Emailing Prescription Requests

We now have a new, seperate, email address solely for prescription requests. The email address is as follows:

nencicb-cd.prescriptionrequestsacriston@nhs.net

Please ensure the email includes your name, date of birth and the medication that you require and this will be processed within the normal time frame.

Please open up the poster for details as to how to get an appointment Monday to Friday after 6.30 pm, and on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

The local GP Federation, Chester le Street Health Ltd, operates an extended access service for pre-booked primary care appointments (i.e. GP and Nurse services similar to those offered during the day , out of the local practices.

To book one of these appointments, call you own GP surgery and ask them to arrange an appointment, or call 111 if you are calling after 6 pm.
